CRE Awards 2023 – ACADEMIA office building wins 2 more awards

We are delighted to announce that ACADEMIA has won two prestigious awards at the CRE Awards 2023, organised by EuropaProperty.com. The “Office Project of the Year” and “Renovation/Rebuilding Project of the Year” awards were presented to Csaba Zeley, Managing Director of the investor ConvergenCE.

The jury voted ACADEMIA the best office development of the year. In their reasoning, the judges highlighted the exemplary role played by the renovation, which covered every detail, and the compliance with modern tenant requirements and strict standards.
