BIM lifecycle is the practice of creating, maintaining, and utilizing building information to manage the building’s design, construction, and operation and facilitate information sharing between all the stakeholders.

EIR and BEP documents
“Exchange Information Requirements” (EIR) and “BIM Execution Plan” (BEP) are basic terms in case of the preparation of a project, defined in ISO19650.
EIR specifies for what, when, how, and for whom we should produce data. We provide consultancy for the customers for creating ISO standard EIR.
BEP is a comprehensive document that helps project participants move forward with clear roles and expectations.
Generative concept design
Generative design is a computer-aided iterative design process in which designers can explore a very large number of possible permutations of a solution to create and test brand new possibilities, beyond what a human could do alone, to arrive at the most efficient and optimal design.
By using BIM workflow, we can experiment with massing and site plans from the start of the process, and narrow down the options with the sustainability of the project in mind. For that, we use Revit Dynamo and other applications.
Permit & detailed design in CDE
Working in a common data environment (CDE) significantly increases the level of collaboration between the engineers involved. The architect, structural engineer, mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, and other engineers work simultaneously on the same common model, sharing relevant details with project stakeholders at any time. This makes decision-making easier, problems can be solved quickly and the quality of the final product will be outstanding.
Model-based construction support
Another big advantage of using CDE is that technical documentation stored there is available on a cloud basis via a smart device. This way, you can always work from up-to-date data on the construction site and address any issues that arise not only on the drawing sheets but also in 3D and even using an AR app. So decision-making is sped up, errors are reduced and quality is improved.
With the help of simulations, we define the connection between the 3D information model and the work schedule to be performed on it. It is used for activities related to site planning, including means and people employed, allowing the best organization in terms of time. (4D BIM)
Project cost calculation
If we already have 3D information on the building, which we have extended with the schedule, we can add cost information to the elements. We provide model-based quantity surveying and budgeting (5D BIM) for financial, technical, and logistical decisions.
Thousands of years of experience prove that prefabrication speeds up work, increases quality, and saves energy. Digitalization of the construction industry allows the use of custom prefabricated elements. This can take building optimization to a higher level. It is possible to build what is really needed, instead of choosing an element that does not perfectly meet the requirements.
Scan to BIM, the first step towards a digital twin
Using the latest laser scanning technology, any site, building or structure can be digitized to within a few millimeters. With the help of the scan, an as-built model can be created about the building which is not only an excellent tool for quality control but also a basis for IoT devices and applications to launch a digital twin.

Facility management support
The “as-built” BIM model is populated with appropriate building component information such as product data and details, manuals for operation/maintenance, manufacturer information, and contacts, etc. (6D BIM)
This database can be accessed by users/owners through a customized web-based environment. This assists facility operators in the operation and maintenance of the facility while providing the users with a complete information model.
