Építőipar Summit returns to Budapest on 7 October. Csaba Livják, Founder and CEO of BuildEXT, will take part in a roundtable discussion on digitalisation, the practical use of construction technologies and more efficient business operations.

One of the key themes of this year’s Építőipar Summit 2026 is how construction companies can adapt to market and technological changes in the coming years. In addition to economic outlooks and the investment market, the conference program will feature a separate section dedicated to digitalization, AI, and existing technological solutions. The event will be held on October 7, 2026, at the Aquaworld Resort Budapest.

The focus has shifted from software itself to how existing tools and data can enable faster information flows, more accurate decisions, less manual work and more transparent project delivery.

During the roundtable, Csaba Livják will share practical experience on how digital solutions can be integrated into the everyday work of design and engineering teams.

BIM coordination, common data environments, automated checks and AI-based tools are supporting projects at an increasing number of points. Their real impact, however, can be measured where they reduce repetitive work, enable faster feedback, improve coordination or lower the risk of errors – and this makes an important difference at company level as well.
