ACADEMIA in the Office of the Year competition

From January, office projects can be voted for in the Office of the Year competition, which has been a major event in the real estate market for thirteen years. This year, two of our projects related to the ACADEMIA office building are among the entries, both of which are eligible for valid votes.

The refurbishment of ACADEMIA office building was one of the most beautiful architectural and interior design projects of 2022-2023, where the rearrangement of tenants allowed us to rethink the spaces, expand the functions and modernize the interior design. The project was nominated in the Office Building of the Year category.

Built in 1961-62, the building was refurbished with ESG in mind, and environmental awareness was present throughout the project. As a result, ACADEMIA has received several certifications (several of them the highest in their category), but also the first Hungarian WiredScore certification. The office building was handed over at the end of September, the first new tenant was Arago Group, but since then the building’s oldest tenant, Kinstellar Law Firm, has also extended its lease with the owners.

The next project to be voted on is the showroom in the office building. Here, the aim was to create a modern, inspiring working environment, with a feel that blends in with both the older and newer office spaces. The office is also intended to showcase the sophisticated interior design quality that can be created with standard fit-out materials, as well as a workplace furnished with high-quality furniture.

The showroom is in the Office of the Year category, so you can cast a valid vote for it regardless of the Office of the Year project.

The voting period will run until 3 February and the judging will be followed by an awards ceremony on 29 February at the Real Estate Awards event.

To everyone who votes to support our projects, we thank you very much for your help.
