The project
The project was developed to create a new logistics site in the INPARK Industrial Park in Veszprém. The facility consisted of two main functional units: a hall section designed to meet the requirements of a specific tenant, and a warehouse area intended for future leasing.
BuildEXT was responsible for preparing the complete construction design documentation for the development, taking into account the documentation forming the basis for the modification of the previously issued building permit. In addition to the building itself, the design scope also covered the transport and utility infrastructure required for the operation of the site.
Design scope
According to the contract, the design scope included, among others:
- design of the logistics hall, office and social areas;
- development of tenant-specific hall areas and hall areas intended for future leasing;
- design of the gatehouse, fencing and related site structures;
- design of the internal road network, parking areas and road connections;
- design related to utility networks and water, wastewater and stormwater systems;
- preparation of documentation required for the modification of the building permit, as well as for road and water management permitting, and professional support during the permitting procedures.
The hall was designed according to two different usage models. One part of the building had to be adapted to predefined tenant requirements, while the other area was specified in the documentation as a more general logistics area suitable for future use.
In addition to the architectural and discipline-specific design, this required the coordination of different functional requirements, internal traffic, parking and site infrastructure.

The scope extended beyond the hall building itself. BuildEXT’s contractual scope also covered the site’s internal road network, parking areas, utilities, gatehouse and the design of the road connection. The documentation therefore also addressed the related infrastructure required for the operation of the logistics site.
