Whatever we design, whether it’s an office building, factory, laboratory or data centre, our design skills are not replaced by technology. We deliver outstanding architectural appearance and technical content in the form of an uncompromising information model. Our work doesn’t stop there, as we bundle various applications to accelerate design, construction coordination and operations. We do this in a team effort, with everyone contributing their best knowledge responsibly. What a Project Manager does for us
- Full project management for the general design of industrial buildings
- Timing and financing of projects, identifying resource needs
- Coordination of sectoral designers and subcontractors
- Managing customer and subcontractor co-operations in English and Hungarian
- Compilation of preparatory material for decision-making
- Preparing and evaluating proposals for additional work if necessary
When should you join us?
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position, knowledge of the construction industry, and an understanding of the business and technical aspects of managing a complex project.
- 5+ years of experience as a project manager in a construction company (design or construction side)
- Experience in coordinating large-scale, complex projects
- Fluency in English for business purposes
- Category B driving licence
- Confident MS Office skills
- Agile, proactive, flexible personality
- Excellent negotiating and organisational skills
- Precision
- Higher technical education (architect, civil engineer, technical manager)
- Knowledge of Revit and Dalux software is an advantage
