What a Construction Project Manager does for us
- organizing, coordinating, and supervising office setups from planning to moving in
- tendering, obtaining and evaluating quotations, participating in contract negotiations, participating in the preparation of contracts
- tendering, obtaining and evaluating quotations, participating in contract negotiations, participating in the preparation of contracts
- completion of construction work on schedule, in accordance with the approved plans and technical specifications and relevant legal requirements, taking the necessary measures and providing advice to the client.
- preparing project plans, monitoring and checking the timing and financial planning of projects
- coordinating, managing, and supervising the work of external and internal project participants, as well as on-site implementation
- monitoring deadlines and budgets, evaluating and commenting on additional work proposals, professional and cost control of modifications
- preparing regular progress and financial reports, documenting and administering tasks related to the job
- preparation of necessary documentation, reports, written materials, e.g., tender specifications, reports, statements
- participation in negotiations and cooperation, independent chairing of meetings, keeping minutes
- Identifying your own and project participants’ tasks, coordinating their resolution, recognizing emerging problems
- cost estimates, calculations
When should you join us?
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position, knowledge of the construction industry, and an understanding of the business and technical aspects of managing a complex project.
Requirements
- technical college or university degree, preferably in architecture or civil engineering
- fluent English
- reliable knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Project
- decisive, confident manner and good communication skills
- ability to work independently
- precision, reliability
- project-based approach, analytical and structured thinking.
- good organizational skills, time management in coordinating your own work and that of project participants
Advantage
- professional experience in fit-out or office construction projects
- experience in technical preparation
- at least 2 years of experience in preparation, cost planning, and cost management
- knowledge of Dalux

When you are not at one of our project sites, you can work in our office (1027, Budapest, Horvát u. 14-24., ZenGarden Office Building) or at home.
