Statutory local licencing
All permit documentation must be sealed by architects and engineers registered with Hungarian Chamber of Architects (Magyar Építész Kamara) and the Hungarian Chamber of Engineers (Magyar Mérnöki Kamara). No exceptions. BuildEXT holds all required professional licences in-house.

BIM now mandatory (31/2024 ÉKM)
Since September 2024, all qualifying state construction projects must follow mandatory EIR → pre-BEP → BEP → CDE workflows with IFC and BCF delivery. BuildEXT is fully aligned with every clause.

Architectural design – Hungarian Chamber of Architects

Why in-house licencing matters for industrial developers
International developers frequently work with design firms that hold no Hungarian chamber licences and must subcontract the statutory signing role to a third party. This creates a split responsibility – the design firm delivers the model, a separate entity takes legal accountability for the documents.
