What a Senior Building Services Engineer does for us

• Building services engineering system design
• Independent building services engineering design for small-scale buildings

When should you join us?

The ideal candidate will have experience in design and/or construction, have a good understanding of the context of a building and have a wide range of experience in delivering projects as a building services engineer.

• You have a higher education degree in engineering (mechanical engineer, building services engineer diploma)
• You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in building services engineering design.
• Preferably if you’ve worked in Revit before, but not required (we’ll teach you)
• You like to brainstorm and strive to solve problems efficiently and in a short time
• Intermediate level English language skills
• It is an advantage if you have signing authority (or can obtain it).

When shouldn’t you come to us?

• if you like stability and can’t bear to step out of your comfort zone;
• if you find it hard to admit when you’ve made a mistake;
• if you are uncomfortable with criticism or open speech;
• if you start your sentences with “the problem is…”.
