BuildEXT’s areas of expertise in the project
Based on the dwg files we received, we created a model of the building in Revit, then optimized the permit plan in line with the original objectives with the approval of the design team and the client. Among other things, we modified and maximized the apartment layouts, constructed and completely eliminated collisions using static, mechanical, and electrical models, and implemented additional comfort and other suggestions in the plan.
The Smart Homes & Öko condominium project reflects BuildEXT Kft’s commitment to green architecture, smart technologies, and BIM hi-tech tools, setting a new standard in Hungarian real estate development.
Coordination for this project was also carried out on the Dalux platform with the client, the specialist designers, and the other project participants, which greatly facilitated the efficient design of this complex building.
