A residential project in the city center, next to a green park, where sustainable engineering and convenient digital systems define the user experience. The 32-apartment condominium was built with 100% renewable energy heat pump (Stiebel Eltron) heating and cooling and integrated smart home preparation (NGBS), ensuring low operating costs and scalable automation in the apartments. The development is located in Jubileumi Park, right in the heart of the city.

In this greenfield investment, the developer commissioned BuildEXT to prepare the construction plans.

The residential park’s permit plans were prepared in ArchiCAD, and we used the materials received to create a building model in Revit, into which we also integrated the technical (mechanical and electrical) plans, thus delivering the implementation plan smoothly, efficiently, and with rapid change management.
