The BIM model was delivered with ISO 19650 document management and LOD 400. The bilingual project was fundamentally determined by the complexity of design & build and the need to meet strict client requirements.

The project

The client wanted to expand their existing hall with a new building due to a technology change. The architectural appearance and massing of the new part of the property were designed to match the existing building in terms of materials and height, in the colors of the client’s international brand, based on the approved tender design.

The project included the construction of a new single-bay hall and two annexes (rest block and storage room, switch room), together with the necessary building services and electrical installations.

BIM Execution Plan (BEP)

The investor’s BIM protocol precisely defined the requirements for the project, for which our solution was proposed in the BEP.
