The festival will present architecture and design not as separate disciplines, but as intertwined and complementary co-disciplines that together can contribute to a more sustainable, inclusive, and liveable built environment.<\/p>\n\n<p>BuildEXT will offer two evenings of insights for those interested in hi-tech architecture, as part of a series of events to take a short tour of 21st-century architecture.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-create-block-buildext-cover-block offset-text-left cover\" style=\"min-height:530px\"><div class=\"desktop\" style=\"background-image:url(https:\/\/buildext.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/BuildEXT-Hololens2-mixed-reality-virtual-model.jpg)\"><\/div><div class=\"mobile\" style=\"background-image:url(https:\/\/buildext.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/BuildEXT-Hololens-2-mixed-reality-virtual-model.jpg)\"><\/div><div class=\"inner-container\">\n<p class=\"cover-mobile-p has-white-color has-black-background-color has-text-color has-background has-large-font-size\"><strong>Mixed reality makes design and <br\/>construction more efficient.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-small-font-size\">Using Hololens 2 in the BuildEXT office (Photo: BuildEXT)<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Csaba Livj\u00e1k, the founder and CEO of our company, will give an interactive presentation on the meeting of real and virtual spaces from the perspective of <a href=\"https:\/\/buildext.com\/en\/bim-building-information-modeling\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"2571\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">BIM<\/a>, i.e. Building Information Modeling. <\/p>\n\n<p>The presentation will feature practical examples, including.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>learn about the digital tools we use;<\/li><li>debunk the most destructive BIM myths;<\/li><li>we talk about the critical role of BIM in a sustainable built environment.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>Through practical examples, we will guide visitors into a world where sustainability and efficiency are present throughout the total lifecycle of buildings, from design to construction and operation.<\/p>\n\n<p>After the presentation, participants will be able to experience how effectively digitalization can help not only in the design phase but also in the construction and operation phases, using Hololens 2.
