Or whether the client&#8217;s parent company requires a precise, weekly <a href=\"https:\/\/buildext.com\/en\/projects\/synlab-laboratory\/bim-2\/#bim-alapu-koltsegbecsles-koltsegvetes-5-d-bim\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/buildext.com\/bim\/#bim-alapu-koltsegbecsles-koltsegvetes-5-d-bim\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cost breakdown<\/a> of the project, or at some point a hyper-realistic virtual tour for board members, showing multiple scenarios. class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>The definition of BIM objectives is a basic requirement for projects. Taking these into account, the designer office quotes a price and coordinates the engineering hours. <\/p>\n\n<p>Unfortunately, due to its complexity, infinite possibilities, relative novelty (in our country), and misunderstanding, BIM is often only partially or superficially defined. Another problem is the &#8220;under-application&#8221; of the BIM methodology, the resulting <a href=\"https:\/\/buildext.com\/en\/hollywood-bim-how-not-to-do-bim-project\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">problematic projects<\/a>, and the short-term interests (<a href=\"https:\/\/buildext.com\/en\/ruined-investment-starting-line\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"3998\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">let&#8217;s be cheap<\/a>) in the widespread application of BIM goals.<\/p>\n\n<p>The BIM objectives are defined by the client in the <a href=\"https:\/\/buildext.com\/en\/what-is-bep-eir-cde\/#EIR\">EIR<\/a> (Exchange Information Requirements) document, to which the supplier side responds with the <a href=\"https:\/\/buildext.com\/en\/what-is-bep-eir-cde\/#BEP\">BEP<\/a> (BIM Execution Plan).
