A fejleszt\u00e9s c\u00e9lja, hogy a <a href=\"https:\/\/unithe.hu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tokaj-Hegyalja Egyetem<\/a> b\u0151v\u00fcl\u00e9s\u00e9vel egy\u00fctt olyan korszer\u0171 oktat\u00e1si, lakhat\u00e1si, k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9gi, \u00e9tkez\u00e9si \u00e9s sportol\u00e1si k\u00f6rnyezet j\u00f6jj\u00f6n l\u00e9tre, amely hossz\u00fa t\u00e1von is vonz\u00f3 a fels\u0151oktat\u00e1sba l\u00e9p\u0151 fiatalok sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra. The campus is organised into two building volumes with an inner courtyard system, carefully considered functional relationships, and community spaces that are capable of serving not only everyday university life, but also larger city and university events.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The central hall and its connected community zones function at the same time as circulation hubs, meeting places and event spaces, while the individual functions remain clearly separated and yet organically connected to one another.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1658\" height=\"932\" src=\"https:\/\/buildext.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/THE-Campus-aula-new.jpg\" alt=\"THE campus terv - aula\" class=\"wp-image-18682\" srcset=\"https:\/\/buildext.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/THE-Campus-aula-new.jpg 1658w, https:\/\/buildext.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/THE-Campus-aula-new-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/buildext.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/THE-Campus-aula-new-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/buildext.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/THE-Campus-aula-new-1536x863.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1658px) 100vw, 1658px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p>\u201cOur goal was to design a campus that responds respectfully to the spirit of the place while offering a contemporary and genuine answer to the needs of university life today,\u201d said Bal\u00e1zs Csap\u00f3, Lead Architect at BuildEXT.<\/p>\n\n<p>One of the strengths of the plan is that it translates contemporary operational requirements into architecture not in opposition to the character of the place, but by building on it. The massing, the white rendered facades, the proportions of the roof forms, and the calm, orderly rhythm of the elevations all reflect the historic context while offering a contemporary, clean architectural response. The concept strengthens the university\u2019s integration into the urban fabric, with larger green areas, more open connections, and a spatial organisation that also fits the everyday use of the surrounding neighbourhood. This is complemented by a strong approach to energy efficiency and sustainability, which appears not as a separate technical layer, but as a defining principle throughout the entire design.  <\/p>\n\n<p>For us, the Council\u2019s support confirms that the campus plan is not only functionally and technically coherent, but also offers a credible architectural response to a complex situation.
