The development will be implemented in two phases: in the first phase, a single-story, high-tech production hall and a two-story office building will be constructed, while in the second phase, another two-story factory building will complete the complex. As the general designer, <strong>BuildEXT<\/strong> already considered a future-proof, expandable spatial structure during the concept development phase.  <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"LEMO Budapest | Ipari \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9szet, BIM \u00e9s design \u2013 koncepci\u00f3\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/zP1QznVhDyE?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n<p>One of the basic principles of the design was to harmonize industrial rationality with a premium office experience. We integrated the demolition of the existing former paper mill buildings with on-site material recycling, while paying special attention to preserving the valuable tree population. The office spaces are rich in natural light, open to green surroundings, and promote employee comfort and collaboration.  <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-16018d1d wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-black-background-color has-background wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/azevirodaja.hu\/nevezok\/elektronikai-alkatreszgyarto-uzem-fejlesztese\/50021\" style=\"border-style:none;border-width:0px;border-top-left-radius:0px;border-top-right-radius:0px;border-bottom-left-radius:0px;border-bottom-right-radius:0px\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">I VOTE<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>The entire project process is based on BIM<strong>-driven design<\/strong>: it started with a scan-to-BIM survey, followed by a coordinated, collision-free model at the technical level to ensure cost-effective and accurate implementation. The central element of the building services concept is the utilization of waste heat generated during production.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The waste heat from the compressor house, which has a capacity of several hundred kilowatts, is raised to a usable level by a water-to-water heat pump system, which serves the entire heating needs of the office, as well as the ventilation systems of the office and hall areas and the domestic hot water supply.
