In order to achieve the WELL Core Platinum certification, the building has met a number of criteria that support human well-being &#8211; from indoor air quality to the use of natural light and acoustic comfort. <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"border-width:1px;background-color:#f9f9f9\">\n<p><strong>What is WELL Core Platinum certification?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>WELL Core Platinum<\/strong> certification is one of the most rigorous building certification systems in the world, developed by the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellcertified.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">International WELL Building Institute (IWBI)<\/a><\/strong>. It is designed to assess how well a building supports the health and well-being of its occupants, based on scientifically based criteria. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The rating covers 10 main categories, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>air quality,<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>water use<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>nutrition and lighting,<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>movement and ergonomics,<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>mental well-being and soundproofing,<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>material use and sustainability.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Platinum level is the highest rating, indicating that a building is an exemplary example of supporting employees to work in a healthy, inspiring and sustainable environment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>During the project, BuildEXT played a key role in creating the interior design concept for the modern wing and digitising the BIM-based design process.
