The first stage of this initiative was the PM Jam 2025 event in the second half of March. The conference delivered several eye-opener presentations, with a strong emphasis on small group workshops and experience sharing. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"PM JAM 2025\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/GHvmuwFk6qA?start=5&#038;feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hybrid practice<\/h2>\n\n<p>The two guiding principles of the programme were the compatibility of agile and waterfall methodologies (hybrid project management) and the efficient management of different distributed teams (virtual project management). What there isn&#8217;t at all is &#8216;only&#8217; responsibility and a deadline. This method is all about passing the buck, the result is fretting, mud-slinging, threats of penalties, blame-finding and burnout. In practice, the designer has only seven effective working days to design what the client has asked for.   <\/em>&#8221; &#8211; explained to the audience the main drawback of the traditional project workflow the CEO of BuildEXT.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Agile PM<\/h3>\n\n<p>In contrast, agile project management is a different methodology. &#8220;<em>If the client asks us if we can design the house in 1 month, we can say yes with absolute certainty with agile methodology behind us.<\/em>&#8220;<\/p>\n\n<p>In this case, the process is uninterrupted by an extended comment period. Comments should be continuous so that designers can make corrections. is essential for conscious data management and project smoothness.<\/em>&#8221; he stressed, adding that in his example, <strong>instead of 7 working days, you can easily spend 17+4 days on effective planning<\/strong>, which increases efficiency threefold, not to mention a more accurate picture, more thoughtful plans, more comfortable deadlines, a good work culture and, of course, a good customer experience.<\/p>\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/pmjam.hu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PM Jam<\/a> was hosted by Symbol Budapest on 18 March 2025 <a href=\"https:\/\/bitport.hu\/pm-jam-a-siker-nem-elvaras-hanem-kovetkezmeny\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">read the organiser&#8217;s report here<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"border-width:1px;background-color:#f9f9f9\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>LED lights were not invented by the continuous development of the candle <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The digitalization of the construction industry does not only mean the use of new tools;
