One of Hungary’s most successful boutique property development, investment and asset management companies, ConvergenCE, is relocating to ZenGarden Office Building. After a \u20ac2.5 million refurbishment, the 9,500 square meter building has earned the prestigious BREEAM environmental certification. The management hired BuildEXT, an established interior design studio, to plan the office space.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Founded in 2004, ConvergenCE<\/a> boasts a nearly two-decade success story, built on partnerships driven by mutual interests and commitment to continuous improvement. With vast experience as an investor and developer, they have already revitalized over 200,000 square meters of office, commercial, and industrial properties.<\/p>\n\n

After acquiring and renovating the CBC office building in 2019, it has been transformed with a new name and image. The revamped ZenGarden<\/a> prioritizes indoor gardens, energy efficiency, and tenant-focused design. The distinctive rock garden, adorned with bamboo, diverse plants and trees, adds a touch of uniqueness. Additionally, amenities like the p\u00e9tanque court, shaded terrace with sun sails and lounge areas provide extra spaces for relaxation and rejuvenation. BuildEXT was commissioned to design the interior of the common spaces in the office building redevelopment project.
