The award ceremony took place at the Proptech Hungary 2023 conference, where the best startups and the best scaleups were also recognized.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The Proptech Hungary Conference on Real Estate Technology (PropTech) was held for the fourth time, with renowned international speakers in English and Hungarian. <\/p>\n\n

At the event, which was also noted at the regional level, renowned experts in their respective fields spoke on topics such as property intelligence, data-driven, proactive FM, or the emergence of generative AI in the digital lifecycle<\/a> of facilities. The growing importance of the Metaverse and the digital twin and data-driven decision-making were discussed, as well as current issues that are shaping everyday life, such as energy nationalization, the role of mobility, and co-living.<\/p>\n\n

The pattern of innovation is clearly recognizable, and adapting it will give more and more competitive advantage to those who are already collecting data and working to digitize their business. However, full market transformation is a slow process that requires a lot of energy and patience.<\/p>\n\n

“I built an observation tower for fish at my sister’s riding stables. It’s an upside-down aquarium where fish can swim up. I thought it would be used quickly, but it took days before the early adopters showed up. But since then, all the fish have been there, the pond is practically empty underneath them,” said Csaba Livj\u00e1k, CEO of BuildEXT, in his presentation in English, explaining the dynamics of digitization. <\/p>\n\n

That’s how BuildEXT works at the moment – we are building an observation tower and trying to show its benefits to the market. <\/p>\n\n
