At the awards ceremony, the winner of the &#8220;Future Project of the Year&#8221; award was <a href=\"https:\/\/buildext.com\/en\/projects\/academia\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/buildext.com\/en\/projects\/academia\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ACADEMIA<\/a> Budapest, designed by us.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"4TH ANNUAL CRE AWARDS 2022 - Future Project: Academia - Europa Capital\/ ConvergenCE - Hungary.\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/popqtiGn-i8?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">The award was received by Csaba Zeley, Managing Director of ConvergenCE, the company responsible for the asset management, renovation, and operation of the building.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The winners of the 24 categories were announced at a gala dinner at the InterContinental Hotel in Budapest.
