Digitalization in the AEC provides predictability<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

In project management, we strive to ensure that the interests of our clients in terms of quality, costs, and deadlines are met under all circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our project managers drive the processes from concept design to tendering and full implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They assist our clients in selecting the right contractor, developing the tender structure, designing and managing the tendering process, cost management, optimization, and representing the client’s interests during the contracting process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We believe that managing communication in a common data environment (CDE)<\/strong> is the key to achieving the desired quality and meeting deadlines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have built our toolkit around collaborative working. This allows all project participants to work with up-to-date data.
We use Dalux <\/strong>platform for communication, change management, and on-site visualization of the model
We use Bexel <\/strong>platform to support 4D\/5D processes.
We use Revit<\/strong> software to increase the quality and transparency of plans, speed up the exchange of information, and help the execution in a CDE environment<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BIM-based decision support<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The BIM workflow involves creating a design in which each element can be mapped to a building material in real life. The sum of these elements forms a spatial virtual model (3D), and each element can be assigned a time and sequence of installation (4D). The resulting building information model allows the collection of all the required quantities of building materials.
