EIR and BEP documents<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\u201cExchange Information Requirements\u201d (EIR) and \u201cBIM Execution Plan\u201d (BEP) are basic terms in case of the preparation of a project, defined in ISO19650<\/strong>.
EIR specifies for what, when, how, and for whom we should produce data. We provide consultancy for the customers for creating ISO standard EIR.
BEP is a comprehensive document that helps project participants move forward with clear roles and expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Generative concept design<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Generative design is a computer-aided iterative design process in which designers can explore<\/strong> a very large number of<\/strong> possible permutations of a solution<\/strong> to create and test brand new possibilities, beyond what a human could do alone, to arrive at the most efficient and optimal design<\/strong>.
By using BIM workflow, we can experiment with massing and site plans from the start of the process, and narrow down the options with the sustainability of the project in mind. For that, we use Revit Dynamo and other applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Working in a common data environment (CDE) significantly increases the level of collaboration between the engineers involved. The architect, structural engineer, mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, and other engineers work simultaneously on the same common model, sharing relevant details with project stakeholders at any time.
