The interior design collaboration consists of the following main steps from the first conversation to commissioning:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

I. Audit<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

We start every project by getting to know the client. We identify challenges and opportunities and map users\u2019 needs, either through a comprehensive questionnaire and\/or personal interview.
We define the rooms and examine their optimized<\/strong> utilization. Considering future needs, we examine the viability of flexible solutions<\/strong>.
We recommend the use of hybrid office solutions. Coordinating collaboration between the home office, online space, and office workplaces are already the first steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

II. Spaceplan<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

When creating a spaceplan, we strive to distribute the necessary functions in the most optimal way in the available space. We need to weigh a lot of individual factors in our decision-making. We keep the needs of the users in mind, but the economics and operating conditions also shape the final plan.
When it comes to workspaces, a good spaceplan contributes to positive organizational change<\/strong>, promotes healthier, more efficient, fun work, and displays customer values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

III. Brand implementation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Brand elements are not always, or only to a limited extent, or even partially, applicable and translatable to interior design. Therefore, an ill-considered, direct application of color can easily result in a clich\u00e9d interior, one that can be confused with other brands, or even have a completely different feel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To avoid this, we will consider which elements of the identity can be used where, with which shapes and materials, and in what proportions in combination with complementary colors. These are summarised in mood boards and variations are discussed with our clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We also work in collaboration with the identity designer to create spaces that retain the function of the room, are harmonious, and communicate the company’s mission and objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IV. Design concept<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Our goal is to create spaces that are both highly functional and have a positive impact on users \u2019emotions.
The design is carried out using BIM working method, taking into account the technical conditions of the field. That is why we are proud that everything we plan is technically feasible and within budget<\/strong>.

V. Visualization<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

One of the advantages of BIM workflow is that we can easily present the imagined interior in images, video, or even a walkable 3D model. This makes it easy for participants to understand spatial relations, speeding up<\/strong> and making the design process<\/strong> more accurate.

VI. Fit-out plans<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

In this way, the designs are made without technical problems and take into account the real specifications of the materials and products used. In addition, we can easily generate accurate quantity statements and cost estimates from the resulting data package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is also our task to supervise and monitor the implementation of any necessary redesign and construction work by dealing quickly and professionally with any problems that may arise.
Our work is essentially based on BIM workflow, but can also be carried out in a traditional workflow, depending on the circumstances.
