Whatever we design, whether it’s an office building, factory, laboratory or data centre, our design skills are not replaced by technology. Our work doesn’t stop there, as we bundle various applications to accelerate design, construction coordination and operations.     What a Visual Designer does for us<\/h2>\n\n

    The position plays a key role in the early stages of the project, where a quick understanding of the spaces, spectacular design and presentation of the concept, and change management are crucial.<\/p>\n\n

    • Model development<\/strong> (enriching the early stage team’s design models, primarily in Sketchup \u2013 materials, lighting)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Creative design<\/strong> (collaboration with architects, interior designers, creation of alternatives)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Visual storytelling<\/strong> (creating still and moving images, as well as interactive visualizations using VR\/AR technology)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

      When should you join us?<\/h2>\n\n

      Join us if you are attracted to both architecture and the virtual world of CGI. If you want to create real buildings, but also enjoy combining a series of software programs to create an image or a video set to music that you can be proud of, or that will enchant your client. If you don’t know everything but want to learn, we can teach you a lot. If you want to develop, with us you can be almost anything you do well. <\/p>\n\n

      Requirements:<\/p>\n\n

      • At least 3 years of experience in architecture or visual design (required)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Knowledge of SketchUp and Enscape (advantage)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Interest in AR and VR solutions (experience is an advantage)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Healthy balance between independent and team work (expected)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Good problem-solving skills, quick response to design challenges and customer requests (expected)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Keeping innovative, aesthetic, and functional solutions in mind (expected)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • English language skills and computer skills (required)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • MSC degree in architecture (advantage)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Assertiveness and advocacy skills (an advantage)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Interest in BIM (advantage)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
