For the residents of the district 18, there are many opportunities for water sport, but the swimming pools were constantly overcrowded. There was a need to create a new, large-scale sports pool where not only residents in the area can enjoy the fully equipped new establishment, but also professional athletes. The Városgazda Zrt. offered four sites for this purpose.
The properties and installation parameters of which were examined in detail by our office and installation proposals for the location of the swimming pool were developed for each site. Finally, we also prepared a conceptual design plan for the 3,500 m2 site that we considered the most favorable.
