We undertook the modernization and reconstruction’s one of the largest American pharmaceutical companies’s Budapest office on 800 m2. We literally vivified the visual desing what we had planned before. We had to recreate the office-space with existing, modern furniture adapting to the changed needs of the employees and the newley shaped workflow. On request after a very thorough questionnaire, which was completed by all employees, the final concept was born. We torn down the classic closed office areas, kitchen and hallway creating a huge open office. At the center of it all was an enormous common area wich we formed into separate meeting points where epmloyees can receive external guests. The gem of this multifunctional area is a chandelier made of recycled raw material- corrugated cardboard.
