What a Project coordinator does for us

  • Coordination of the offer, contracting and execution process for complex and diverse generic design projects
  • Liaising with subcontractors: requesting and evaluating tenders, conducting negotiations
  • Checking and drafting tender documents and contract content with the involvement of stakeholders, from the engineering, financial and legal points of view
  • Preparation of price quotation, price calculation
  • Liaising with clients in English and Hungarian
  • Ensure effective information flow between all project stakeholders (management, lead designers, clients, subcontractors, finance, legal)

  • Keeping abreast of current market, trends, and technologies through constant interaction with administrative, design, construction, operations and investment teams
  • You can be operationally involved in the preparation of construction projects, so you will be an active participant in projects of different scales

When should you join us?

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position, knowledge of the construction industry, and an understanding of the business and technical aspects of preparing a complex project.

  • Project management, sales or preparation experience in the construction industry
  • Hungarian language at native speaker level
  • Confident command of English
  • Confident MS Office skills
  • Agile, proactive, flexible personality
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Higher technical education
